The Neo Institute Europa is a Luxembourg-registered non-profit think tank. Early-career researchers publish long-form analysis with us, we teach international relations, and we offer research and training to institutions.

What we do
Research and analysis
Long-form analysis on European affairs, security and defence, technology and cyber policy, international law, climate and democracy. Every piece has a named author and is reviewed by an editor.

Education
We teach Connected Worlds, a self-paced online introduction to international relations, and build training for organisations.

The Institute runs on volunteer work. Early-career researchers write the analysis, and our editors lead small teams that review every piece before publication.

Every article carries the names of its author and its editor.
Authors’ views
Articles reflect the views of their authors, not an institutional position. Authors remain responsible for their claims and conclusions.
Editorial review
Editors review each piece for argument, sourcing and clarity before it is published.
Corrections
If you spot an error, email us and we will correct it and note the change.
Support our work
The Institute has run so far on volunteer work and its founder’s own funds, with no outside funding. Donations, grants and project sponsorship would let us publish more, train more young researchers and run events.
Write for us
We publish early-career researchers and analysts writing on European affairs, geopolitics, technology and social policy. You don’t need previous publications, just a clear argument and serious sourcing.
