We connect early-career researchers, students, and young professionals with hands-on opportunities to explore Europe’s future through strategic research, education and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The Institute is registered as a non-profit association (ASBL) in Luxembourg and our community is fully pan-European. Our members, volunteers and contributors are based across Europe and work together remotely.

We work at the intersection of research, publishing and education. Our teams produce policy briefs, articles and explainer pieces, develop short courses and e-learning programmes, and design learning experiences for organisations.

Alongside our non-profit activities, we also offer consulting and advisory services. We help public institutions, foundations, universities and companies understand emerging trends in Europe, from technology and external relations to education and youth participation, and we translate them into practical strategies, workshops and learning materials.
